What We Offer

Early Childhood Investments at the Hartford Foundation offers a variety of resources to support the early childhood field, including this website.  Our goal is to ensure that all children, especially those most vulnerable, have access to high-quality early childhood experiences.

 We do this by:

  1. Sharing the latest understandings of child and family development
  2. Promoting collaborative, data-driven action and partnerships across sectors
  3. Exploring new models and opportunities
  4. Advocating for effective policies and resources
  5. Promoting public-private partnerships
  6. Grantmaking

Specifically, we offer:

Creative Curriculum and GOLD training and technical assistance/coaching for both center-based and Family Child Care with our nationally accredited Teaching Strategies trainers.
