Why Join the Early Childhood Collaborative

This website is a digital network for providers, partners, and stakeholders who care about the early childhood field. We offer access to the latest research, as well as best and emerging practices at the local, regional, state and national level. We know how demanding early childhood careers can be, and how little free time you have. In this ever-changing field, it can be hard to keep up. We’ve created this site as a one-stop location to connect you to information, learning and networking with others on important early childhood topics.

There are many people that support young children and their families during the critical early years of life.  This website is an opportunity to come together to talk, learn, and take action on how we can all more effectively and collaboratively work together to put children on a positive trajectory for school readiness and life-long success.

Benefits of Membership

Membership in the Collaborative is completely free, and offers a variety of benefits, including the following:

  •  Professional Development: Be the first to know about the opportunities available through the Collaborative including webinars, convenings, in-person trainings, and more.  Membership in this website fulfills the professional organization requirement for your CDA credential.

  •  Time-Saving: One website where Greater Hartford early childhood professionals can get information on the different areas of early childhood all in one place.

Our team works to align services, practices, policies, and resources at the local, regional, and state levels. Commitment, care, and support for children and families must happen at all of these levels in order to build and sustain a quality early childhood system.
