Raising Resilent Children

WOW it was powerful to be a part of a gathering of 696 years of experience in working with on for children.

This is such an important topic.

I attended this workshop and couldn't stop nodding my head in agreement to the information that Alice Farrell shared with all of us in this workshop. Ms. Farrell's information and the contributions of people who attended resulted in the understanding of the whole child perspective. We all want to do what we can to raise resilient children, whether they are birthed through us or two use. In our efforts to accomplish this it is important that parents, and caregivers, informal and formal recognize that we have to work together in this effort.

Thank you for bringing us all together in this work.

What an amazing workshop! When a keynote speaker knows by her own life experience what she is talking about, the information is truer than true. Learned the importance of looking at the whole picture, the importance of really paying attention and not be judgmental when working with a family. Families are struggling, we all struggle in one way or another. Is important to be a positive support and a positive role model for others. The children need positivity, the adults need positivity. Powerful, powerful information. Thank you so much.

Our team works to align services, practices, policies, and resources at the local, regional, and state levels. Commitment, care, and support for children and families must happen at all of these levels in order to build and sustain a quality early childhood system.
