This training is intended for teams (up to 3) of decision-makers from licensed early childhood centers who are responsible for implementation of fiscal policies and procedures in programs. Teams should include administrators (directors, assistant directors), fiscal staff (finance managers, accountants, either employees or contracted), marketing staff or consultants, board members, and/or owners.


    Our team works to align services, practices, policies, and resources at the local, regional, and state levels. Commitment, care, and support for children and families must happen at all of these levels in order to build and sustain a quality early childhood system.
